~ Martha Azalia Flores

(Part 1 of 2) - Exceptional Service and Expertise! - We had the pleasure of working with the Faivre’s and they truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we reached out for assistance until closing, their professionalism and expertise were exemplary. Without a doubt, exceptional service. Their knowledge of the El Paso area was extensive and impressive. They took the time to thoroughly understand our preferences, needs, and budget, ensuring that every property we visited was a potential fit. Their keen eye for detail and ability to identify hidden gems within the market made the entire house-hunting experience a breeze. Throughout the process, their communication skills were unparalleled. (Part 1 of 2) Knowledgeable, very skilled AND wise - There is no doubt whatsoever that any question presented to Mauri will not be left unanswered. You name the topic A-Z, Mauri will never randomly guess, instead he will research and exhaust every possible source of information to provide every detail necessary to make the best decision. I met Mauri in the car business several years back, and we follow each other on social media where I see his expert advice through his posts. The time came for me to approach the possibility of starting to look for the direction I should head in to accomplish my life long goal of buying a new home with my selections to the T! I threw curve balls while drawing out my vision of precisely what I wanted, yet what I wanted to avoid. In a matter of 2 days, Mauri lined up an appt to view the model home I thought worked for me, we viewed it and I confirmed that it wasn’t the one (continued...)

~ Sasha Martinez

(Part 2) - ....the next day we had an appt to view an available lot with the perfect time frame and stage for me to step in, guided by BEST. Only 4 months later, everything became a reality and I got the keys. Tears of joy, a smile from ear to ear, and a heart full of gratitude forever is just a little of what I feel to be able to call this home for my 2 little boys and I. Finding what makes a client genuinely happy, and securing future business with pleasure over a salesman’s commission mentality is the greatest reward and it all goes to the best deserving Mauricio Faivre. Buying a home consists of teamwork, not just money and credit qualifications. Time, trust, faith and persistence are the foundation of the teamwork provided by Mauri and Lorena Faivre. Everyone who hints at wanting to look for a new home is going to hear nothing but Mauri & Lore ?? - Verified by RateMyAgent

~ Sasha Martinez

Overall an amazing experience - Lorena is very experienced and has the right contacts in the right places to make your home buying experience painless and as smooth as it can be. Strongly recommend considering her as your realtor. You’ll be making a big mistake if you let pass the opportunity of working with her. - Verified by RateMyAgent

~ Alejandro Mendoza

EXCEEDS EXPECTATIONS - From the moment Mauri first walked into my home he was already prepared with a list date, price and recommendations of improvements to get top dollar. Never did I imagine/believe things would go as planned. With Mauri you don’t only have a real estate agent, you have 2 and more than real estate knowledge! Sooooo many years of experience in the sales world, is well proven. As I spoke with him about wanting to see what’s out there, what I could afford that satisfied all my wants, came down to finding the right builder who built the home just the way I wanted. Now I even have positive equity cashed out into my savings account. Best Christmas present for my kids and I. In a few more years I’ll do this all over again into a fully customized home ?? thank you Mauri and Lore - Verified by RateMyAgent

~ Sasha Martinez

The absolute BEST home-buying experience. 110% recommended - I met Mauri by chance when looking at an open house in west El Paso. I was looking to buy my first house and was overwhelmed by the current market and lack of available homes to buy. Mauri came up to me as a friend first rather than a real estate agent. He immediately won my trust and worked tirelessly to answer my questions and provide options. We looked at many houses and at no point did he pressure me to make any decisions I wasn't sure about. Instead, he gave me my time and space to think things over, and was there for me whenever I had any questions or doubts. Mauri got me into my new house despite being VERY limited options, and he walked me through every single step of the process. He looked out for my best interest and kept me informed throughout the process. Mauri and his wife, Lore, were both a pleasure to work with. Their knowledge & people skills are second to none and I'd highly recommend them! By RateMyAgent

Super Hero - Mauri went out of his way to help me get the house ready to sale. He supplied me names and phone numbers of handymen that I could trust to clean-up and repair the items that needed attention. He would phone or text me after the open houses to let me know what was going on. He was always available to answer questions or help me with any paperwork. Being available and treating me like a person not like a cash sale. I could count on my Super Hero. - Verified by RateMyAgent
